| Summary |
This study examines a VLC system that uses a high-speed display and a rolling shutter camera. The system embeds transmission data by rapidly switching mapped images at a frequency that exceeds human flicker perception thresholds. We developed a method that uses inverted black-and-white frames to minimize data loss, increase data rate, and enhance visual quality. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves approximately 1.3 times higher throughput than conventional methods. Furthermore, the pe- riodic light flickering caused by the inverted frames improved visual quality. |
