| Summary |
Nowadays, Traffic Information System usually needs infrastructure. On the other side, getting traffic information by inter-vehicle communication was proposed. Such system needs no infrastructure. One of the main applications of traffic information is Traffic Status in some road area. We evaluated the accuracy of Traffic Status information by inter-vehicle communication, but did not consider message overhead. We propose a method of reducing messages, evaluate it by simulation and show the efficiency of it. |
